What is the delivery time?

GripnGrnd socks usually take up to 5-10 days to arrive, most arrive before then. If your product takes longer to arrive please send us an email and we will sort out this issue.

Can I return the product?

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. if your product is in the original packaging, unused and you have proof of purchase we will be happy to refund you just email us.

Are my socks covered by warranty?

Yes all our product are covered by the manufactures warranty against any defects up to 30 days. Please contact with any defect issues via email gripngrnd@gmail.com. Socks damaged due to someone stepping on them, contact/collisions during training or gameplay, not wearing them inside footwear as intended and not washing or drying correctly are not covered by warranty.

What is the recommended washing procedure?

GripnGrnd socks last longest and look best when hand washed in cold water or machine wash at 30 degrees or less. Wash inside out . Line dry or low heat in dryer. Do not iron or bleach.
